• Pretty sure I just ticked off a Huntsville lady who was working for LG. But so be it, she was "being the company" reading policy - faceless. #
• @LoriMiller_WHNT On the phone. My LG tv was defective from purchase, and I tried to do right by talking to LG instead of BestBuy. LG failed. #
